With a footprint of 5m x 3.5m x 2.7 high CAS installed inside the plantroom:

- Ventilation Louvres
- 4no LTHW twin head pumps
- 2no CHW twin head pumps
- 1no Duel system pressurisation unit + Expansion vessels
- Full pipework services fitout
- 1no 65mm Air & Dirt Separator
- 1no 35 Litre Dosing Pot
- Free issue controls, lighting & small power
- Factory fitted thermal insulation c/w isogenopak finish
- Delivered and installed on site
