Constant Air Systems were assigned to design and manufacture a prefabricated packaged plant room for Pilrig Special School based in Edinburgh, Scotland, UK.
The weatherproof enclosure which measured 6.0m x 3.0m x 2.8m high and included inside:-
- 4no.off gas fired wall mounted boilers (115kw each) & commissioning
- Boiler flue system & exhaust terminals
- Pumps, Pressurisation units, expansion vessels & commissioning
- 2no.off Hot water calorifiers & unvented system kits
- Plantroom internal pipework fitout
- 1no.off 100mm dia Air & dirt separator
- ACV balancing & sedi vessel CAS install low loss header
- Factory applied pipe services thermal insulation
- Electrical services, Lighting/emergency & small power requirements
- Preliminaries, Design & Development & Delivery to site.
