Constant Air Systems has successfully completed, delivered and installed another packaged plantroom.

With a footprint of 5m x 3.5m x 2.7 high CAS installed inside the plantroom:

• 5no Boilers c/w vertical flues
• Ventilation Louvres
• 4no LTHW twin head pumps
• 2no CHW twin head pumps
• 1no Duel system pressurisation unit + Expansion vessels
• Full pipework services fitout
• 1no 65mm Air & Dirt Separator
• 1no 35 Litre Dosing Pot
• Free issue controls, lighting & small power
• Factory fitted thermal insulation c/w isogenopak finish
• Delivered and installed on site

This Plantroom is soon to be delivered to the Portsmouth Ferry Terminal on the back of a flatbed lorry to be positioned onsite ready for the final connections to be made. Commissioning has already be completed at our works in High Wycombe.

The Plantroom measures 7.5 x 3.9 x 2.9 meters high.,

The equipment used in this Packaged Plantroom is:

• 2no.off Broag boilers Quinta 115's
• 1no.off Heat Exchanger

  Pressurisation Unit Mikrofill model: EFD with a 200litre expansion vessel
• Pump Sets
• 1no.off 300litre megaflow HE CL300
