M&S HWS PPR
CAS have successfully manufactured another prefabricated plant room. The dimensions of this PPR was 8.2m x 4.2m x 3.5m high c/w ventilation louvres, double doors and an extract fan.
Inside the plant room we installed

- 1no 3000litre hot water calorifier
- 1no heating primary twin head pump
- 1no pressurisation unit c/w 250litre expansion vessel
- 2no HWS secondary return pump
- 1no cold water booster set
- 1no 12000litre cold water storage tank
- Plantroom internal pipework intallation and thermal insulation
- Electrical services, Lighting/emergancy lighting & small power requirements
- Preliminaries, Design development & Delivery to site
