Constant Air Systems have also completed the 2nd packaged plantroom for Marks and Spencer which will be delivered to site along with the Bio-mass plantroom.

Constant Air systems have now completed the construction & installation of the bio-mass packaged plantroom which will soon be heading to cheshire for delivery to site and final positioning.

With renewables becoming evermore popular CAS are working hard to produce such packaged plantrooms that will not only protect the environment but also help to sustain it. Efficiency is key in the design of our plantrooms.

This prefabricated biomass plantroom has been manufactured and installed inside a weatherproof enclosure measuring 11.4m x 3.9m x 3.5m high. included in the enclosure is the fuel store for the biomass boiler.

Inside we installed the following equipment

• 1no.off 350kW biomass boiler c/w flue system
• 2no.off twin head pumps
• 1no.off Air & dirt separator
• Internal pipework services thermal insulation
• Internal pipework sevices installation fit out
• Electrical sevices, lighting/emergancy lighting and small power requirements
• Preliminaries, design and development and delivery to site



M&S HWS Prefabricated Plantroom 2012

CAS have successfully manufactured another prefabricated plant room. The dimensions of this PPR was 8.2m x 4.2m x 3.5m high c/w ventilation louvres, double doors and an extract fan. 

Inside the plant room we installed

• 1no.Gas fired condensing boiler
• 1no 3000litre hot water calorifier
• 1no heating primary twin head pump
• 1no pressurisation unit c/w 250litre expansion vessel
• 2no HWS secondary return pump
• 1no cold water booster set
• 1no 12000litre cold water storage tank
• Plantroom internal pipework intallation and thermal insulation
• Electrical services, Lighting/emergancy lighting & small power requirements
• Preliminaries, Design development & Delivery to site
