M&S Cheshire Oaks Prefabricated Packaged Plantroom Gets The Lift For Delivery.

Our Prefabricated Packaged Plantroom for Marks & Spencer Cheshire Oaks finally left our factory this afternoon after being lifted onto a flatbed lorry for delivery.

Marks & Spencers still have there Biomass PPR waiting to be delivered which will be on here soon.

As you can see below the time and effort by all at Constant Air payed off with the measurements of the plantroom taken to the max. Our factory manager overlooked the plantroom movement as it was manovered though our factory door. With such little room for error either side.

The Park Royal  Packaged Plantroom is no small PPR, measuring 9.5m long X 4.1m wide X 3.1m high.

Included inside this plantroom CAS will be installing:-

•  3no.off Floor standing boilers
• 9 Single head circulating pumps
• 2 LTHW twin head pumps
• 2no.off CHW twin head pumps
• 3no.off Pressurisation unit c/w expansion vessels

The Middle Wallop PPR construction is coming together nicely, as you can see by the photos alot of the equipment has already been installed and only a few more items of equipment need to be installed before the final pipework can be installed. The walls will soon be mounted and fixed onto the sides of the plantroom making it weatherproof.

 After weeks of planning and construction the NEQ Regents Place PPR is nearing completion. With a few final tweeks our clients will soon be taking reciept of there prefabricated packaged plantroom.
