Constant Air Systems has successfully completed another prefabricated packaged plantroom.  Delivered to and installed on site and on time. Our plantroom consisted of:

• Weatherproof enclosure 9.5m x 5.9m x 2.75 High
• 2no.off Gas fired boilers 142kW each
• Free issue CHP unit, Buffer Vessel & Ancillaries
• 12no.off Circulating Pumps
• LTHW Pressurisation unit c/w 500 litre expansion vessel
• 6000 litre actual capacity cold water storage tank
• 1no.off hot water calorifier 2500 litres capacity c/w unvented kit
• 1no.off cold water booster set
• Internal pipework installation
• factory applied thermal insulation
• Electrical services, lighting/emergancy & small power requirements
• free issue control panel & Loose items
• Preliminaries, design development, delivery to site & re assembly

• 2no.off Hoval Ultragas 720's with
• BMS control option
• Commissioning
• Flue system
• Twin head circulating pump wilo DL80/170-2,2/4
• All relevant pipe services, Gauges & Valve fit-out installation
• Electrical services, Lighting/ Emergency & Small power requirements
• Preliminaries, Design development & Delivery to site.
