All Relevant Pipe Services and Insulation

Preliminaries, Design Development & Site Delivery

All of this in a construction time of just 6-8 weeks.

Final commissioning due to be completed once positioning on site has been finalised.

Our Services were required to manufacture, supply, deliver & re-assemble a Packaged Biomass Plantroom on-site at the Inverness Primary School in Scotland.

The plantroom dimensions are 14 x 4 x 4.1 meter high which also includes the pellet fuel store.

This is a Photo inside the pellet store.

Rain water guttering & down pipes fitted to the plantroom on site.

300kW Biomass Boiler accumulators, fuel feed system, augers and transport tubes.

Internal Plant and pipe services included in the Plantroom were:

• buffer tank and control software
• Boiler & fuel feed wiring
• Individual boiler heat meters
• Flue system
• 3,000litre buffer vessel c/w thermal insulation jacket
• Pumps, Pressurisation Unit, 500litre expansion vessel & commissioning
• 

  Factory applied pipe services thermal insulation
• Electrical services, lighting/emergency & small power requirements

• Preliminaries, design development, delivery to site & site assembly
