Prefabricated Plantroom for

RAF Northwood

The Prefabricated Plantroom made for RAF Nothwood measures 6.0 x 3.5 x 3.0 meters high.

In which contains 2no.off Gas fired boilers models: IMAX XTRA 200's with a total output of 414kW. Also a Pressurisation Unit model: EPT from Flowmech. All internal pipework services and thermal insulation installed. Relevant labelling & Identifications.The Plantroom was constructed at our works in High Wycombe then lifted onto a lorry for transportation to site where it is then lifted into position for the final connections to be made. This Method is an excellent way of keeping our clients happy as it saves time, site and trade co-ordination, engineering resources, purchasing and delivery logistics.

   Waitrose took advantage of the many benefits of having a

Prefabricated Plantroom.

We supplied the Plantroom Module, designed, constructed and fitted out at our works in High Wycombe. Comprising of heating and hot water plant, equipment and ancillary services.When finished then delivered to site for final positioning.

 The choice of services were, LTHW Heating, Chilled Water, Natural Gas, Cold Water Services, & Drains/Relief Pipes. Loose Controls, Control Panel supplied and Installed. Small Power Lighting Installed. Thermal Insulation, Internal Drainage. Relevant Labelling and Identifications.

The equipment that was installed was:

2no. Ultramax WM/85 Wall hung boilers

1no. Xpressflo 500 Water heater

1no. Pisces Pressurisation Unit & Expansion vessel

1no. Cold water booster set inc Break tank

Pipe services installation

Thermal insulation

Electrical services, lighting, emergency & small power requirements

All this in a Packaged Plantroom Measuring 8.0 x 2.0 x 3.0 meters high
